About Procurement Diary

Procurement Diary is a free list of procurement and supply chain webinars, with every time shown in Dubai time. It is an independent personal side project run by Simon Innes. It is not connected to any employer, client or event organiser.

How events are chosen

• Every listing comes from an organiser's public web page, and links back to that page.
• We list sessions that are free to join, or free to register for. Where the page does not mention a price we say "No fee shown" rather than guess.
• Times are converted from the organiser's own time zone into Dubai time (UTC+4, no daylight saving). The organiser's original time is shown on every listing so you can double-check.
• If an organiser gives no time or no time zone, we show "Time to be confirmed" rather than guess.
• Past live sessions are hidden automatically once they finish.
• Including an event is not a recommendation. Please check the organiser's page before you register.

Vendor-led sessions

Many good free webinars are run by software and service companies. We list them, but label them Vendor-led so you know to expect some product content. A session is vendor-led if it is run by, or in partnership with, a company that sells to procurement or supply chain teams. You can hide them with the filter on the calendar.

Sponsorship

There are two paid spots: a featured event at the top of the calendar and a calendar sponsor box. Both are always labelled Sponsored.

• Paying never means editorial endorsement. We do not review, rank or recommend sponsored events.
• Payment has no effect on whether other events are listed or how they are described.
• A featured event must still be free to attend and meet the same listing rules as everything else.
• Sponsored links are marked so search engines know they are paid.
